Yeah so I know I said I was going to be good about posting but that just didn't happen now did it, not sure if its the fine wine or simply time ? I can't believe how busy this week has been - totally insane! To all my followers out there, I am truly sorry for being such a horrible blogger as of late! I must get back on track! The hubs and I have been house shopping and it is so very time consuming! I am amazed at how much time it takes! Research, home showings, discussions, it is never ending! It is crazy! So this was Monday's dinner and it has taken me several days to get this post up...awful. I am disappointed in myself. I say Sunday I will start fresh! I plan on making a few goodies this weekend so I should have those posts and I plan on making meals each night starting Sunday! So stay tuned! This will be a quick post as I don't really remember much other than Js quote of he doesn't like fruit with his meat because he is a man!
