I am on a roll this week! Another 5 stars from the hubs!! Makes up for all the crappy ratings he gave me before our vacation! ; ) I am just kidding! I apparently am just making freaking awesome meals this week! This was really a dinner for me as J had band practice tonight. Typically on band nights I make whatever the hell I want and it usually is something he won't eat even after a glass or 2 of fine wine. I had plans to make one dish but then I needed to marinate overnight so I am making that tomorrow night and made this instead! Quick, easy and extremely tastie grilled chicken (alright mine wasn't really grilled but had it not been raining it would have been!) with a tossed salad in a peanutty dressing! Yummmmmmmmm!
