Well, I know you guys have missed me but a person needs a vacation from time to time, and i need to rest and find more fine wine and foods! So, I am back, well rested and ready to start cooking again! I won't be cooking a full week this week though, the hubs and I are having a date night on Wednesday so we can see the new terminator flick that came out. Other than that you will see food, food and more food! Hopefully this will be a good meal week! We need some good non-foodie ratings! I have almost convinced him to do a non-foodie spotlight once a week where he will do the cooking! He keeps saying he wants to learn how and I figure what better way! At some point, he will cave in...just have to keep on pressuring him... So the hubs and I had a wonderful week away in the pacific northwest. We lucked out and had absolutely beautiful sunny weather for ten days! Pretty impressive! Unfortunately, with the long flight and the stress of traveling, J's illness resurfaced so he spent several days feeling not so hot. He is doing better now but still not at 100%. I, on the other hand, managed to thwart the illnesses thus far.
