Five stars, can you believe it?!?! I havent had 5 stars in a LONG time!! What is more impressive is I have never made scallops before!! So I really didnt know what I was doing! Honestly, I have never actually eaten scallops before and I have to admit they are quite tastie! I wasnt sure if I would like them so I made some grilled chicken for me as a backup just in case! But I was quite surprised! What surprised me even more is that they werent fishy or chewy which is what I was expecting. The hubs loves scallops so I will definitely come up with another recipe for scallops in the not too distant future! and before you all ask yes i found yet another bottle of fine wine to drink whilst we eat.
