What can I say other than I am a sucker for the fun baking pans at Target! I am even more a sucker because I like to make things for my nephew! I don't even have a kid of my own yet (food and Fine Wine wines to date), but I buy cake pans for kids! Oh well! I will be prepared when and if that day ever comes! For now, I just make things for my nephew! Hopefully he enjoys them! So I found this recipe for sweet zucchini muffins on the Martha Stewart Everyday Food website. My sister doesn't normally like to give sweets to my nephew so I replaced the white flour with whole wheat and I didn't make the frosting so these are relatively healthy!
