So tonight's dinner was actually completely spontaneous, maybe a sign of to many fine wines ! I originally planned on making turkey but J joined me at the farmers market today and they had some lovely looking fresh wild yellowfin tuna and fresh sea bass that he was very interested in. So we picked some up and we are just gonna roll with it! I have since learned I really do not like sea bass but that is beside the point! The tuna came out excellent!! Not only was the dinner spontaneous but I also decided to try the grilling papers for the first time ever! Aren't I just the party animal? So we decided to try Cherry grilling papers with the fish. I must also admit that the cherry papers were kind of a bust, they kept splitting even though they were soaked longer then the designated timeframe. Oh well! Tonight was a lot of lessons learned! And even J helped out with din! I was very impressed! He manned the grill for me! Now that we have the new grill which he loves, he wants to grill! Works for me!
