Greek Chicken with Capers and Raisins in a Feta Sauce

So tonight I had a dinner guest! It was a nice surprise!! And luckily dinner was quite fantabulous along with a nice glass of fine wine (or 2) ! I rather enjoyed having a surprise guest as J had band camp so it was going to be a lame night of me and the laundry and that just did not sound appealing at all!! A little wine, a good friend, and some good conversation sounded a LOT more appealing! Don't ya think? This dish was not only quite easy to make but extremely tastie as well! The sauce is nice and salty due to the feta and capers and the golden raisins were really a nice sweet surprise! I would definitely make this again. I have not quite decided if J will eat this or not. I think the capers might make him run away as he would probably mistake them for peas. God forbid he eat a pea! It might kill him! Those peas are quite dangerous and I know forbidden in many parts of the world! Sigh....I will always remember the day I got him to eat a bean without knowing it. I was jumping for joy. I made this pesto sauce, it was a fava bean pesto and it was fabulous and he ate it. And then I told him what it was...he was a little upset, the only thing that saved me was that it was tastie!
