Nothing says summer to me more than watermelon. I can't say I particularly crave watermelon but I find it quite refreshing on a hot summer's day. And let me tell you it has been some hot summer days in Georgia! Now I know you all have found me totally MIA and I completely apologize but my life has been consumed with packing boxes, moving them to the new house, and then unpacking boxes. I have been doing this now for several weeks straight and I must say I am tired of it. Sad thing is, I have a whole lot more to go! Doh!! Hoping to be fully moved in the weekend of the 24th. I have the movers coming to do all the furniture on the 25th. So busy busy busy couple of weeks left! Ugh! So I do, with all my heart, apologize for the lack of posts and I promise that within a month they will occure more frequently! I just need you all to be patient and deal with my moving. My meals have been very quick and somewhat limited in ingredients. I miss cooking and I miss baking terribly! BUT I am very excited for my new kitchen and my dedicated Fine Wine Rack! I actually have it all setup at the new house and ready to go! I will have to take pictures and post them for you all! It has a wonderful big center island for all my baking and cooking that will occur!! Yay!
