Movie Night and Breakfast for Dinner

So last week the hubs and I decided to make tonight movie night. So we did just that! We went to see the new Terminator movie tonight and I have to say I really was not that impressed. I have decided that Christian Bale, although cute, really only has one persona for his acting abilities. He plays the same character with the same stern voice in all his movies. It is tiring for me now. The movie itself was ok. It basically was a beat em up movie with not a whole lot going on in the plot. I was truly expecting more out of the film. Luckily the human robot made very good eye candy and I have no idea who he is so I can't tell you more than that! But he definitely made the movie worthwhile! Anyway, in order to make the movie in time after work, that means it has to be a super quick dinner. What is the quickest meal to make around? Breakfast!! And sometimes you need to have breakfast for dinner to spice things up once in a while! Besides, who doesn't love breakfast? Most breakfasts are very tastie and not always on the healthy side. This evening's breakfast was slightly more healthy then most! Not so sure J liked the pancakes...in fact, I don't think he liked them at all. I thought they were ok, but seeing as how I am wheat free and mostly gluten-free my vote is somewhat tainted! BUT the pancake recipe was healthy so if you are looking for that then give these a try! I came across this recipe for pancakes on a website about the south beach diet, whilst looking for more Fine Wines to join my collection
