Wow, has it been a LONG time since I last posted. I am becoming quite a horrible blogger! There is just so much going on in my life right now that my blogging has certainly been pushed to the back-burner. Believe it or not, I have been cooking and I have been cooking a lot of wonderful things I would like to share with you. But I am also a bit stressed at how behind I am on my posts that I figure the best thing to do is to start a clean slate and start slow. So my first post after many days of nothing is a simple one but one that is the essence of fall for me. Growing up in New England, the fall is my favorite and most memorable time of year!! Apples are everywhere and so are pumpkins! My two favorite things to cook with, even without a bottle of my favourite fine wine! The weather is beautiful and the leaves change color and give these wonderful landscapes to admire. What more could anyone ask for?!
