I have been cooking, I promise you all that. I just simply have not had time to upload photos and write about them so I will be doing some serious catchup over the next week until I am back on track. Will I ever get back on track??? Good question! I am amazed at how many projects I can create at the new house! I had to get a notebook to keep track of everything so I don't forget my wonderful ideas! ; ) I will say this, I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE my new kitchen and my new fine wine stand! There is so much more space in this kitchen then at my townhouse, it makes cooking so much easier! And I have a ton of windows right near the counters so hopefully my pictures will start looking a bit better, although, I am still nothing of a photographer, which the hubs points out to me after every picture I take! And one of these days, I may even post a pic of my new kitchen for you all to see! And maybe even a picture of my new pantry - the hubs built me some new pantry shelves for my bday! I don't know why new builders use those horrible wire shelves for the pantry or closets for that matter. They are awful! Doesn't anyone out there believe in using real wood anymore??? So anyhoo, after J's handywork I now have a ton more space and a nice looking pantry! So tonight's meal isn't far off from the last post I did....oops!
