Try and say that 10 times fast! The name of these cookies is quite a doozy but the taste is out of this world! The hubs loves these cookies and they are actually very similar to the awesomeness in a ball. The original recipe came from Two Peas and their Pod which I follow on twitter. I am so loving twitter! I can get all my news, my gossip, and follow my favorite blogs and people all in one spot! It is fabulous! Two Peas and their Pod is yet another food blog but I really like not only her recipes but the entire layout! If you have a chance, you should check it out! I took her recipe for the cookies and tried to make them slightly more healthy. I guess as healthy as you can for a cookie and they turned out quite well and they certainly made the kitchen smell awesome! Aside from the fact that who doesn't love heath? Especially when it gets all melty and gooey within a warmed cookie! Hmmmmmmmm! A real treat sitting down to a glass of fine wine and a good movie
